These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of services, appointment bookings, and purchases at SEPTEMBER bridal (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. To see how we collect, store and use data, please refer to our Privacy Policy below.

I. Appointments
1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance via our website. Appointments are only valid when a confirmation is received.
1.2 Fitting appointments are exclusively for the bride with a confirmed wedding date within the next 18 months. Under no circumstances can we accept any bookings made by third parties, wedding dates that are more than 18 months away or anyone acting on behalf of the bride.
1.3 Appointment fees must be paid at the time of booking. Fees are not redeemable. Fees are 75% refundable, meaning 25% of the fee will be used to cover administrative costs.
1.4 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances; clients will be notified as soon as possible.
